75 Greenway/Santos miles 4/30 7:30
« on: April 28, 2011, 08:31:05 AM »
I'll be riding with Aaron and possibly others from the Land Bridge trail head out west into the
Halpata Preserve (a ~10 mile lollipop past 200) then back to the Land Bridge
for lunch, and then east to Santos to ride the reds before heading back to the
Land Bridge. We will be riding the Hammerhead route out, doing the new blue
trails past 484, then the lollipop, then back via the Hammerhead route. The
trip over to Santos will be the Epic route. Should be about 50 before lunch
back at the Land bridge, and 28 after lunch (if you do all the reds).
Feel free to only ride the first half, only ride the Hammerhead, whatever floats
your boat.

Getting there early to beat the heat. It sucks to get up that early, but it
sucks more to wuss out at lunch because it's hot:) Wheels down at 7:30.

I may have room for one to carpool.

Nope. Grueler starts at Santos and has a close encounter with death around halfway...

We might cross paths Orion, I'm doing something similar on Sat.
