two bottles, thats it, No bag... small repair kit and prolly own food in my pockets or the feedbags still trying to decide.

2 bottles and a spare tube and air. Sags every 12 to 15 miles I'm gonna eat their offerings.(Hope they have mini moonpies like Cohutta)

No sag bags for me.  Using the stops for water and maybe some snacks.  Will bring some food and a couple extra baggies of sustained energy in my jersey pocket or feed bag. 

Darius....to avoid possible issues of sag stops running out of supplies towards the end of your hundred you may want to put a bottle of water and some food in your bag(s).  Better safe than sorry in my opinion.

i am using my camel bak( i drink more with one and frame only holds one bottle) but that is a good idea i will add a bottle of watter in the sag bag and some gu's that i know i can stomach...
