Double track Trails...to get kids interested in MTB
« on: October 29, 2011, 06:24:20 PM »
Like the topic says I'm looking for some easy double-track trails to take my daughter.  Just want to ride, view wildlife, and enjoy the scenery.

Thanks

Phillip

The Mrs. and I had a nice time at Sydney Dover Park in Brandon, just riding along. You can also try the multi-use trail at Alafia, as well as the connector trails at Balm-Boyette. The main trail at Wilderness Trails, (Flatwoods) is single track, but really easy as well.

most of the swfwmd preserves have lots of double track to ride. Seranova tract, located  at sr 52 just west of the suncoast has about 20 miles of power line roads and double track hiking trails. Check this map out for a full list of the local offerings.
