There is a CX race November 27th, has anyone here done some of this or have more info about it, I'll like to participate but will be nice to have more info!!!

You wanting info on this race specifically or CX racing in general?

Well I want to know some details about the track's set up, and how is the race in general, I've done some MTB races and I will like to know more compare to this kind of race !!!

Plan to go as hard as you can for 30 minutes. You might vomit if you're doing it right.

CX is ridiculous fun. Picnic Island is one of the better local courses. We run through the sand a few times to keep you on your toes. They're usually rideable but a lot of people dig in and bail. Usually there are two barrier sections that you'll have to dismount and run or attempt bunny hopping. There's a suprising amount of elevation change on that course. The crew from FLFixed.com and myself are usually out there every Sunday for practice races unless there's an actual race that weekend somewhere else.

Thanks I will try on Sunday, I see that there are some guys going for practice tonite, will see if I can make it to St Pete...
