Thanks Guys!

Big thanks to the two Swampers that hung around and walked me out at Aliafia today. Sorry, I can't remember the names. I was a little cloudy still. Thanks again!

...and to the ER doc that knew I would want the Vicadin about midnight tonight...
Chess would be a lot easier on me but a lot less fun!

Jeff the Alafia Trail Boss here...  I would like to know:
1) where specifically your OTB occurred?
2) is there a trail problem or a change you suggest?
Thanks - all suggestions are welcome.

Hey Jeff,

I don't remember exactly without seeing it again. I think it was within a hundred yards or so of the end. About a six to eight foot drop with an equiv climb right after. There was a root that went across shortly after I started the decent and I was sitting and getting a pump or two for the climb. I think it kicked my hard tail a bit and I wasn't back far enough so my front end just folded at the bottom. It wasn't anything out of the norm for a black trail.

Big thanks for all you do for our awesome trails!

...oh and Magic Mountain is fantastic

Thanks for notifying me of any possible safety concerns at Alafia.  As trail boss - safety is my number one task.

On MoonScape - I cannot remember any "root-across-a-drop" around 100yds from the end...  Perhaps someone else can help me with a more exact location? On all Alafia advanced trails, root drops and root lifts are to be anticipated... and enjoyed  :)  Thanks to everyone for all comments, safety concerns and suggestions to make Alafia the best we can make it.
Jeff
