It might be an older model year fork on closeout.  IIRC the newer reba team has travel adjust and I don't see that listed in the specs.  Give them a call and ask what model year it is.

factor in the cost of your local shop to measure and cut the fork for you and you also need them to pull the old fork out...there are specific tools to do this.

I was quoted $25 for a fork install

$25 is about right for a fork install...it is not a difficult process and can easily be done at home if you are good with a hacksaw/pipe cutter, have some pvc pipe, and a flat head screwdriver.

I recommend Getting a new lower crown if you do it yourself.  The last time I changed forks it was a pain to get off the old forks, and loads of fun putting it on the new one....Might of helped if I had the right tools.....other than that as Darrin posted pretty easy.

I've never had difficulty in removing the lower crown race with a small screwdriver and a hammer, but I did take my town in order not to damage anything.

Yeah...I forgot to say I was replacing forks on a 10 year old Gary Fisher.....Probably would have been easier on a newer taken care of bike.

If you do mail order your fork and want to install it yourself, it is easy enough.  I am sure if you post up, someone close to you will be happy to help too.  $25 sounds like a fair price, but it is a lot to me right now. 
If you are putting your brandy new fork on an old frame, don't cut the steerer tube if you can help it or cut it as little as possible.  My buddy got a used heckler frame, and when he went to put his old fork on it, the tube was an inch short.  He only had the fork for 2 or 3 months, but wasn't even thinking of a new frame when he installed it.  He still had the BIG piece of steerer he cut off to make it fit nice on his old frame.  Now he is on my spare fork, ain't that some crap.

pay the 25 it is good for the economy.. If you dont have the tools it will surly turn in to a Macgyver situation!

I plan on spending the $25 and having my bike shop do it. I'd like to know it is done correctly and I don't want to take the risk of messing up the cut on a $500 fork.
