Boyette trail help day Saturday, July 12th - HELP!

Hey all - we need a bunch of "TRAIL HELPERS" this coming Saturday, July 12th at Balm-Boyette.

This is our first official workday - um, trail help day - since the storms that came through last month.

Besides the normal trimming that needs to be done - (thanks Rick and R.J. for hitting some of the quadrants yesterday) -  we also need to take out a fallen tree on SST; fix erosion at the Loch Ness Bridge; a fallen wall on Upper Loch Ness; erosion on the climb out of Upper Loch Ness; erosion problems on Abyss; and two short new trails have yet to be started because there are not enough bodies to spread around.

We know some of you folks can't make it out there on a Saturday.  There are also a number of you who can.  Boyette needs your help, so please find it within yourself to set aside from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, then lunch afterwards to come out and give us a hand. 

With your RSVP we will provide transportation to the areas that need help, lunch and beverage - hell, I'm sure some of us can even come up with a joke or two to keep you smiling and laughing too.  Did I mention cookies?  Okay, well, there will be cookies too.

Let us know if you can make it and help us get the trails under control, and finalize the new trails that is sure to make this a premier mountain bike park that we all can enjoy.

Looking forward to seeing a bunch of folks Saturday.  See you there.

Unless I have some unforseen crisis at work or at home I will be there. I took the day off so I could be there.

P.S. We dont need bikes do we? I got a flat on Saturday and wont be able to replace it in time.

I hear Adele will be bringing her famous brownies to the workday at Boyette on Saturday if anybody missed them last time.  Just saying - there's still room for more bodies.  :-)
