I went on a diet and exercise binge last year and lost about 40 lbs on the Body for Life program. I have listed below some good websites to help you track and measure your diet, progress, and the like.

Home body fat test - see what % body fat you have - find out the nutritional value in everything you eat. great way to track your fat, calories, carbs, protein.

Life extention foundation - lots of great articles and studies, pulls the highest quality supplements that work

Body for Life - an easy to follow diet and exercise program that works. just dont get caught up in the supplement hype.

Body for life tracker - an independant website to help you track progress and gain motivation from others.

The Brink Zone - A great website from Will Brink, the supplement guru. he debunks a lot of crap thats out there

Internation society of sports nutrition - great site to see real independant studies on supplements

Don't need suppliments as I am the perfect specimen, but could stand a few more angles of your spokes model and her tantalizing ASSets.
