Body Cleanses
« on: November 22, 2008, 08:18:43 PM »
If I can stay motivated I'm going to go for a parasite cleanse(already underway), kidney cleanse, colon cleanse and liver cleanse. The liver cleanse is something I've been wanting to do for years. Going for the Hulda Clark method. All the others are just prep for the liver cleanse.  Its all about being able to carry more oxygen in the red blood cells through improved health. Pushing the wall so far out, you never have to hit it. No bonk zone coming my way. (in my dreams anyways)     Anybody else had any cleanse success stories or methods?  How about fasting?

parasite cleanse - herbal formula capsules - 6 a day (try to maintain alkaline diet)
kidney cleanse- drink a lot of water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar
colon cleanse - using oxypowder capsules 6-7 day cleanse
liver cleanse - Hulda Clark method  (basically olive oil, grapefruit juice, epsom salts concoction)  1 day flush, repeat every two
                   weeks as motivated
