Props to Chainwheel Drive
« on: February 16, 2009, 09:33:56 AM »
My stumpjumper FSR is sick... very sick. I had a cracked bearing and upon releasing the bolts to replace the bearing set, the metal linkage broke in half. Apparently the bolts were holding it together. Glad I didn't find that out at the top of Max G's.

Anyway, we found this out last Friday and they reserved a loaner for me at no charge so I wouldn't miss my ride this past weekend. Just thought I'd talk them up a bit for doing such a nice thing.

FYI, my stumpy is from 2004, and not in warranty so they had no obligation to do so!!! So thanks to all the guys and gals at both Chainwheel locations for helping a brother keep rolling.
