Our last Santos Camping Trip was really fun, and to up the ante (and also keep cool), we decided to add a day trip to the Rainbow River for some kayaking / floating / swimming fun as well. Depending on response, we will be camping Friday, Saturday, and possibly Sunday night. I have the option to get the group campsite, but there is no electricity, and since it will be warm, it might be nice to have an electric fan or 3 :-).The plan is to mountain bike on Friday and Saturday, and then head out to the Rainbow River to kayak. We will be getting a shuttle to the KP Hole ramp, paddling upstream to the springs - catch a swim and picnic, then float the boats and swim back. The total trip takes about 4 hours (give or take). It is your choice if you want to camp and / or kayak. We have reserved campsites at Santos and we started a reservation at Rainbow River Canoe and Kayak (http://www.rainbowrivercanoeandkayak.com). Both reservations are under the name, "Daniels."

You will be responsible to bring your own food, beverages, camping supplies... and you will need to make your own reservations for the kayaks or canoes. As far as the campsites go, let me know before you make a reservation as I have some set aside and available.

That's the scoop for now, let me know if you have any other questions!
