Logging is done and the place is opened 7 days a week again.  We lost SST and won't get it back in the foreseeable future.  Tomorrow is a big workday to try and get Ridgeline opened for the riding and the FTF.  Let Wes know by this afternoon if any of you can help out.

Any chance that the two track will be maintained better since there is no other option? Haven't been in a while but the sand pit was getting pretty bad last time I was there.

Not unless we come up with the volunteers to do it.  County has virtually no budget or desire to do anything with it.  I'm trying to devise a plan to armor the worst sections off to the side so vehicles don't damage it and bicyclists can enjoy(?) the ride out.  Probably not until after the FTF though.

Hey Garry, what about some of the crushed agregate? I have access to a dump trailer and have the truck to pull it. Would happily donate my time and fuel to get something like this done. Does SWAMP have an access to some material? Even if we lined one side of the double track in the worst areas it would be a huge improvement.

We may take you up on that Jason.  Limerock works well.

Crushed concrete also works well in sugar sand and is usually somewhat cheap.
