Great, I'll be at the Trout Creek lot at 10:15. That's the lot I always use, so it works out.

I'll have my pedals off the Trance before I get there. Do you're Times use a 8mm hex or a 15mm wrench (or something else)?

8mm Hex I think.  What do you drive (so I know what to look for in the lot)?

Just curious, why wouldn't you consider the Antherm 29er? This has been on my shortlist to get a test ride in on.

It was a great bike, don't get me wrong. It's more than I want to spend right now plus I want something different to ride. The Anthem, albeit a XC bike, is very much like my Trance with bigger wheels. That's my I'm keeping the Trance 5" travel full suspension trail bike and complimenting it with a 29er hardtail.

Apples and oranges  :D

Isn't Giant doing a recall on their 29ers?  Something about a crack if I recall correctly.

Only 370 units are under this recall?  That is nothing.

Is it just me or did Giant get ugly with their paint schemes?  Those look hideous.

PEB you dare challenge my dignity on an internet forum? This calls for a duel!

Giant started contacting dealers back in August. The CPSC just issued their recall but Giant already was working on it.
