Mountain biking tent
« on: March 01, 2017, 10:07:26 AM »
Anyone know of a decent car camping mountain bike sheltering tent? In other words a two man tent with a porch big enough to conceal a couple of bikes. At the moment I am looking on some camping tent reviews at OutdoorGearUp.com. Any other website suggestions where I can find a good one? Or maybe an old thread here that I missed? Thanks in advance!

Two adults with mountain bikes with bikes to be protected from the element. I suggest Big Agnes 4 with the Deluxe Vestibule. Sleeps 4 but actually sleeps three with backpacks or whatever you have for biking. But the practical way is to get a two man tent and just get a tarp and use it as a vestibule to house your bikes.

If you would like to "try one" before buying, Outdoors Geek rents all kings of camping gear cheap. I use them when I don't want/need to buy new gear.
